Our vacation home is located in the desirable and quiet west-end of Panama City Beach close to popular restaurants and attractions including 30A. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax on your next getaway. The space We recently renovated this entire home offering new floors, new quartz countertops, new bath tub, new appliances, new high-end furniture with coastal decor throughout. This 2 bed, 1 bath house sleeps 4 to 5 guests comfortably with a queen bed in the master and a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and twin on top. We also offer a full size inflatable mattress. It is perfect for a couple's getaway, family vacation or a trip with friends. You will appreciate the quiet residential neighborhood and close proximity to the beach as the house is just a short 1/2 mile walk to the closest beach access point. We offer a beach wagon and 2 beach chairs for your convenience. Otherwise, consider renting a golf cart or bikes to ride to and from the beach and there is also a cute breakfast spot in the neighborhood. There's also ample parking spots near beach access 87 for those who want to drive. Guest access The home is entirely yours to use during your stay. You will have access to a large private patio with a covered deck and barbecue, play corn hole or bocce ball on the turf and kids will enjoy a large sand box to play in!
