Pet friendly studio with beautiful sunsets

Spacious studio apartment downstairs in our home with separate entrance, full bath and kitchen stocked with basic cookware and dishes plus coffee, tea, and breakfast items. Shared laundry available. Sweet outdoor area, fire pit, safe backyard space and large tent available if anyone wants to camp outside! Kid and pet friendly (dogs must be leashed when outside). Short 20 min drive to Ithaca, 30/40 min to Elmira, Corning, Watkins Glen, & Owego. The space Queen bed and futon available for sleeping, also happy to share a tent for the backyard if anyone wants to camp out back (BYO sleeping bags). Firewood and marshmallow roasting sticks are next to the fire pit, with extra under the overhang of the chicken house. I am not always around, but will gladly help with tent setup and campfire if available. Bathroom has a stall shower and basic toiletries. Guest access 5 acre property with gravel driveway and parking very close to apartment entrance at the rear back of the house. There is one small step from the patio into the house, otherwise space is all on one level. Apartment with separate entrance through laundry area, and backyard space including large fields out to the tree lines are all available for guests to enjoy. Please feel free to use washer and dryer-it is also used by this mother of 4, so not constantly available, but easy to share. I provide laundry soap and prefer not to use strongly scented products in the machines. Other things to note In our home, we prioritize human rights-respect and safety for each person, particularly those most impacted by systemic oppression. **update, 6/18/25** I've added a couple of pictures of a spot on the wall where the drywall has been cut due to some water damage after a recent intense rainstorm. Before patching the drywall, I'm waiting for a contractor to assess what may have happened and thoroughly take care of any behind the scenes issues. This was a very rare occurrence on a night when we got close to 3 inches of rain all at once, so future leaks are very unlikely and what happened was a very small amount of seepage at the floor level. The space is still perfectly comfy, just a cosmetic issue.
