Perfect country get away. Ideal for families. Can be rented alone or with our other property onsite to allow for bigger groups. Lovely local towns, larger cities only 15 mins away. 1 hour from Caen port and only 1 hour from beaches and major attractions. Great location for cycling, walking, golfing, sight seeing. Great local restaurants around and in the cities. This holiday home has been renovated to a high standard (July 2024) with full kitchen and access to a bbq / smoker and fire pit (fire pit upon request) along with plenty of seating areas outside. Surrounded by fields to 3 sides, set off the main road by way of a small chemin along with a small village hall in front. 2 neighbours who are not close at all. Bedrooms are ensuites on the 2nd floor. Sofa bed available downstairs and in the largest room.. One measures 168 x 83 cm and the other 180 x 109cm. Bedroom one has a standard french sized double, 2 a king size bed and the other room has two standard sized single beds with the sofa bed downstairs. All ensuites. No bath.
