The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an DADU with 1 bed and a sofa bed (no bathroom). This exceptional winery specializes in creating private label house wines for restaurants, hotels, and individuals, accounting for 70% of their business. Their clients often create custom labels for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. We'd love to help you create a memorable experience, so please do reach out if this interests you. Custom wine labels can be designed at no additional charge if you provide the artwork or photo. Guest access The whole home is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
