Welcome to our charming oceanfront getaway, perfectly located just steps from the bustling boardwalk! This cozy 2-bedroom retreat offers stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to all the attractions. Our space is designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a plush queen sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The living room provides lots of natural light and breathtaking views of the ocean. The space Two bedroom/ two bathroom condo. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with private bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a second bathroom located in the hallway. There is one queen sleeper sofas in the living room for extra guests (linens not provided). Will comfortably sleep 4 but room to sleep 6 with owner approval ($30 additional per person/night over groups of 4). Ideal for couples and small families. There are two private balconies on the property. One ocean front where you can wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, and sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The second off of the masterbed room. The property is beach front so you have your own private beach access. The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and outdoor shower. There are two parking spots available on the property. Parking passes are required. There is a $150 replacement fee for each pass. Please return when departing. Since the property is beach front please be conscious of washing your feet off before returning inside. Other things to note Pet friendly Max allowance is 2 dogs ($150 non-refundable pet fee to be collected prior to check in) Please keep pets off the furniture. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended in the condo.
