If you enjoy being out on the lake paddle boarding, swimming, or boating, or even sitting around a cozy fire with loved ones, then our lakeshore house on Lake Grandbury is just the place for you! We comfortably fit 7 with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Our lakeshore home has bright industrial décor, impressive lake views, and plenty more! We make planning your get away or family vacation a breeze! The space Electric Fireplace, Gas Grill, Direct Lake Access, 2 Kayaks, & Paddle Boards Provided. BEDROOM 1: King Bed BEDROOM 2 (Loft): Full Bunk Bed, Sleeper Sofa. OUTDOOR LIVING: Multi-level decks, plunge furniture, dining set, firepit (wood provided), boat dock & slip. Indoor Living: 3 smart TV's, games, dining table, natural light. KITCHEN: Dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig dual-drip coffee maker, slow cooker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, blender, toaster, microwave, spices, dishware & flatware. GENERAL: Free WiFi, central A/C & heat, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, washer/dryer, hair dryer.
