Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex. Two large pools & two small kids pools Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach. Guest access There is a security gate to go through and I will also register you with the complex . After arrival you will need to go to the lobby and check in to receive complimentary wristband or pay 25 US for an ID card and you will then receive 20 US back when you hand it back in .All of the apartment is for you only. The owners may have a locked closet or door which is to remain closed during your stay. Other things to note Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here . All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN.
