Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. • Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is by 12 PM. [Please notify us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out; additional charges will be communicated.] • No shoes are allowed inside the house. • Pets are not allowed [unless prior permission is obtained from the host]. • No illegal activities or drug use within the rental premises❗️ • Drinking is allowed🍻 [bring your own], but please ensure it does not cause noise or disturbance to others or neighbors. Please keep the house and items clean and undamaged. Inform us if there are any issues.🙏🏻 • Do not climb fences, gates, or coconut trees🌴; any accidents resulting from such activities are your responsibility. • Bathrooms and floors may be slippery when wet, please be careful to avoid falls and injuries. • Always supervise children's safety. Do not let them run, climb, or play near the stairs to avoid accidents. Parents, please take note‼️ • The host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by personal issues within the property. • Simple cooking is allowed but please use the induction cooker. [Avoid using the gas stove to prevent forgetting to turn off the gas, which can cause leaks and fires.] If you do use the gas stove, make sure to turn it off every time after use and check it before going out. • Please keep the volume and noise down after 10 PM to avoid complaints from neighbors and ensure a pleasant experience🤗 • For recreation, we provide a pool table🎱, air hockey, ping pong🏓️, mahjong🀄️, board games, playing cards, UNO, etc. [Please tidy up and put the game items back in place after use for the next guest.] • When going out or checking out, please make sure all air conditioners, fans, lights, and faucets are turned off (except for the refrigerator and water dispenser). [Help us reduce electricity and water waste♻️] • Before checking out, please close and lock all doors and windows🔒 • Please keep the house clean and tidy. • Properly dispose of garbage, especially takeaway boxes and food waste, by placing it in the outside trash bin🤗 • To avoid affecting the next guest’s check-in time, please check out on time. • Please return the key to the lockbox, lock it, scramble the code, and take a photo to notify the host to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings due to lost keys🙏🏻 • Deliberate damage to the property may incur repair fees of up to RM 2500.
