The ground floor welcomes you with a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen boasting all the essentials for your culinary adventures, and a dining space bathed in natural light. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await, each offering plush bedding and ample storage space. The highlight of the property is its private rooftop, where you can unwind with a glass of wine. Other things to note 📌On December 24th and 25th, 2025, Nido Restaurant will be closed, and winery tours will not be offered. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to consider this information when planning your stay. 📌All guests must register at the time of reservation. Access will not be allowed to people who are not previously registered. 📌Townhouses are independent from Hotel Parvada´s property, therefore, use of the Hotel's amenities and public spaces (eg. pool, gym) is exclusive to the guests staying in it. 📌You must cover a security deposit of $500 usd which will be withheld from your credit card.
