Welcome to our Round Rock Retreat conveniently located < 1 mile to the major highways. When you book our place, you get access to the interior of our home (garage excluded) and the use of the back yard. The house has been recently updated with modern finishes, butcher block counter tops and updated furniture. The bedrooms feature new, memory foam mattresses with comfy pillows and blankets. In each bedroom there are luggage racks and closets with hangers. The primary suite features a 6 drawer dresser and a full bathroom with a double vanity and a rain style shower. The living room features a comfy leather sectional couch with a 55” Samsung smart TV. The kitchen feature all of the modern appliances including a microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker and hot water heater. Guest access Access to the home includes the interior of the home (living space) and backyard. Other things to note We do utilize weekly property maintenance to care for the yard and take the trash to the curb. Maintenance includes watering the garden which is done early in the morning usually between 7-8:30 am and includes maintenance visiting the property Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to water. Lawn cutting is done either Thursday or Friday’s. Bringing the trash to the curb will happen Sunday evening and Monday during the day to bring the cans back in.
