It is clearly visible to all guests and is in place for security purposes only. ●Additionally, outdoor furnitures may not be available from November 1st to May 1st due to seasonal weather conditions. ● Items such as soap,3 in 1 gel, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap and dish soap are provided as complimentary starter supply upon check-in for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, and guests may wish to purchase additional supplies if needed. ●We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip as we must honour our cancellation policy as we do not issue refunds for natural disasters, weather conditions, illness, power outages, water outages, internet outages or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. ●Response hours are 8am to 7pm via platform messenger. ●While we are family friendly we can't ensure childproofing so we ask that you take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of your family. ●To help ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a shovel, salt, and sand for guest use during snowy conditions. While property management does their best to assist, they may not always be immediately available, so guests may need to clear light snow as needed for safety and access. For longer stays, please note that reservations exceeding one month will include a scheduled interim cleaning.
