Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, the treehouse is 5 minutes from São Julião and Vigia beaches and 15 minutes from the village of Ericeira. As the property is in a residential neighbourhood rather than a secluded location, you may occasionally hear typical neighbourhood sounds. The space Surrounded by the native pine trees of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the Coconut Treehouse features a bright, cosy interior with a minimalist design that blends comfort with nature. Relax in the private garden or unwind after a day exploring Ericeira’s beaches and coastal trails. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space with a private garden and parking. Other things to note *No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors and outdoors * No fire, candles are allowed on the premises * The Coconut Treehouse is set within a 6,000 sqm land. The owners live in the cabin located on the land and have 3 dogs, but there is a private, separate entrance to the Coconut treehouse, giving guests their privacy and space. * The road that gives access to the treehouse is a gravel-paved dead-end road. Expect some mud when it rains. * While the treehouse offers a peaceful setting, it is located in a small neighbourhood and is not fully secluded.
