Very comfortable three-bedroom cottage in a quiet, private association on Queechy Lake. Perfect for families. Hi-speed Spectrum internet, AllClad cookware, electric range, microwave, sharp knives, coffee maker, charcoal BBQ, and tons of places to hike. Apple TV and a Bose Bluetooth soundbar. There’s a large Solo Stove firepit as well as 2 kayaks and a paddle board for tooling around the lake. Close to supermarkets. 15 minutes to Tanglewood! The space The house is decorated with vintage furniture sourced from the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with Henckel knives and All-Clad pots & pans for the induction range - we stocked it as we stock our own home (too many frustrating, random European AirBnb kitchens encountered....). Dine out on the huge deck or the screened-in porch. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is on a dead-end lane that is perfect for kids to ride their bikes back and forth on. There’s also a Solo Stove for marshmallow roasting! Guest access The private beach/swimming area you see in the photos is a 5-minute walk from the house. You'll also have use of 2 kayaks. Please note the Association Rules which are posted. Other things to note **The Association has rules that must be followed by all guests.** Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. The big grocery stores are 20 minutes either to the east in Pittsfield, MA, or west in Chatham, NY. Plenty of farmers markets and farm stores in the area, too.
