The space SPACE: Our property has two independent houses, each with its own entrance and private garage, ensuring comfort for all guests. GUEST HOUSE: Located in front of the property, fully independent, with a construction area of approximately 50 square meters, covered garage for two cars. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with utensils such as: • Glasses, cups, bowls. • Plates. • Cutlery. • Pots. • Grater and spice grinders. Also equipped with appliances: • Microwave. • Sandwich maker. • Refrigerator. • Stove. • Air fryer. Ready for your meals! LIVING ROOM: Large space combined with the kitchen, equipped with sofa and stools and television. LAUNDRY: With a washing machine (does NOT dry, and on the manufacturer's recommendation, liquid soap must be used). We have a small outdoor clothesline that is at the entrance of the house (covered and ventilated place). BEDROOMS: Beds are made with sanitized sheets and blankets, according to the number of people. E.g. (if 1 couple comes, one room is tidied and the other room will be closed). • Bedroom 1 is cozy and accommodates up to three people, street view, has a double bed with semi-orthopedic mattress and a single bed, television and blackout curtains, as well as a shelf to accommodate luggage. • Bedroom 2 is cozy and accommodates up to three people, overlooking the side corridor, has a double bed with a soft mattress and a single bed, blackout curtains and a shelf to accommodate luggage. BATHROOM: It is compact but well equipped to ensure your comfort. It has a hot GAS shower, bath towel, hair dryer, bath soap, liquid hand soap, toilet and sink. Guest access Guests have access to the entire front outdoor area, including the private garage, via the front gate (social and for cars). Other things to note • The property is located in a quiet residential area.
