The space Located only 15 minutes from Lynchburg General Hospital, Liberty University and University of Lynchburg, the Suburban Suite is conveniently located in a private and quiet neighborhood. As you walk up to our suite, you’ll be met with a spacious screened in porch, perfect for relaxing. Inside you’ll find a tastefully decorated living area designed with comfort in mind. The bedroom consists of a soft, comfortable bed and closets for clothing storage. The full sized kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Included in the space is a designated workspace and a full washer and dryer in the unit. Note: There is a walk down a steep driveway and through an unpaved path to the entrance. Guest access This is a basement suite of an occupied home. The unit has a separate entrance and is entirely available to guests unless otherwise noted on the doors. The screened in patio is available for guest use as well as the fire pit, however the rest of the back yard is a private space and we ask that you do not use that space. Other things to note Less than 15 minutes away from Liberty University, Lynchburg General Hospital and University of Lynchburg! The rental requires a walk down a steep driveway and through an unpaved path around the side to gain access to the back of the house where the private guest entrance is located.
