Off street parking for two cars: one space in garage w/automatic opener, and one space in gated driveway. Centrally located in popular Riverwest neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants, parks, and bike paths. 5 minutes in car to Fiserv forum, 10 minutes MKE Public Market, the 3rd Ward, and 10 minutes to Bradford Beach. These popular locales are very bike-able as well. The space This is the lower unit in a duplex. The upstairs tenants are older, very quiet and relatives of the owners. There is a washer and dryer specifically for the lower unit in the basement. There is a full size bed in bedroom one and a bunkbed in bedroom two. Please note there is NO dishwasher in the unit; however the kitchen is well equipped for chefs. There are 3 steps up from the street to the front deck and 4 steps up the front deck. Guest access Guests can use the back deck and private, completely fenced in back yard as they please. The front deck is also a fun place to hang out and take in the neighborhood. Riverwest is a very friendly, community-oriented neighborhood. It is also very bikeable. In fact, guests can catch the Beerline Bike Path right about a half-block from the unit. In the winter there is a hockey and skating rink set up along the bike path. Cafe Corazon, Art Bar, Wonderland, and Cocina Del Sur are within 5 minutes walking distance. There are 3 brewpubs also within very close walking distance: Black Husky Brewing, Amorphic Brewing, and Gathering Place Brewing.
