Nestled away in a quiet street just minutes walk from the main shopping precinct on Oxford St, cinemas and the legendary Hawthorne Garage Cafe/ boutique minimart is this beautiful modern townhouse in one of Brisbane's top 3 suburbs. The home flows from the kitchen, dining, lounge and to outside through the floor to ceiling triple stacker doors. An abundance of natural light coupled with cosy furnishings make it a homey' place to settle into while being close to the city and public transport. The space The property is a 7 year old townhouse in Bulimba and so features reasonably modern styling. We have furnished it to present as a cosy place as that is how we like to live - comfortable and relaxed. This theme follows from the couch which we find quite comfortable (hint - get the corner spot!) and high quality king bed. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note 1. A bbq can be made available for a $200 additional fee where requested and suitable notice given. We realize this is high, however most previous tenants have left it in a poor condition in the past, it is costly for the cleaning company to clean and it requires the owners dropping off/picking up. 2. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Basic cleaning products also provided. Bed linen, towels, etc. is also provided. 3. A cleaner can be made available (at your cost) depending on availability. 4. A full size cot can be made available for $100. Otherwise the transportable cot is available free of charge.
