The space A spacious room full of natural light. Located in the heart of the city, it takes only 5-10 minutes to access other districts. The room is beautifully decorated with a queen bed and a wooden table overlooking a large window. Brand new! The room is located on the 3rd floor with both stairs and elevator access. A private bathroom and a shared kitchen with another room. The room is fully furnished, beautiful, modern: refrigerator, air conditioner, smart TV to watch Youtube and Netflix. The space is completely quiet for resting and working. Surrounded by supermarkets, parks, and food - beauty services Guest access 1.HOME COMFORTS: a. Upon check-in, please present your passport/ID card to the receptionist for check-in. - Find complimentary drinks on the table for the reception. - We provide bed sheets and two large towels per room - Once a week, a cleaning staff will clean the room and change towels and bed sheets. b. Equipment: - Kitchen: lovely shared kitchen for the room. Feel free to use the product as needed and make sure to keep it clean and tidy after use. - Laundry area: washing machine and dryer are accessible on the 1st floor. Each use is 40,000 VND. - Internet: Enjoy free wifi anytime, anywhere in the house. 2. TIMING & SECURITY: - Check-in: 14:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (noon). Please let us know if you arrive or depart earlier or later than this time. - The entire room is yours, which means you don't have to share it with anyone not listed in your reservation. - The house is guarded 24 hours. Your access is free at any time. - To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow any strangers into the house. If you would like to invite any (local) friends to come, you need to notify us at least 1 day in advance and provide us with information about your visitors. We reserve the right not to approve your friend's visit if we find it suspicious. This is unlikely to happen; however, we expect you to understand our strict rules, as we want to avoid any problems that have happened before. Approved guests can visit you from 8 am to 9 pm and must provide a valid ID to our security guard at the gate. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS - Prohibit illegal and illegal activities.
