There is a $750 deep cleaning fee, that will be charged to the card on file, if there has been discovered to have been a pet other than a dog at the property. • NOISE & MUSIC Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any kind to be brought. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town. • A/C & HEAT This is cooled and heated by central HVAC to keep you comfortable all year long. • CAMERAS A forward-facing camera is located at the front entrance to monitor the exterior perimeter. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any of the private backyard spaces, ensuring your stay remains private. • GRILL Guests are expected to supply their own charcoal for use of the grill. There will be no use lighter fluid at any time. To ensure safety, please keep the grill at least 10 feet away from any structures and have a sober adult supervise it until it is completely cooled. If using charcoal, ensure the coals are fully extinguished and cold to the touch before disposal. • FiRE PIT Guests are expected to supply their own wood or propane for use of the fire pit. There will be no use lighter fluid at any time. To keep your stay safe and compliant with local regulations, please ensure a sober adult attends the fire at all times. When you are finished, the fire must be completely extinguished with water until the coals are cool to the touch. • HOT TUB Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub/water features. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above, including the guest policy.
