It was close to the airport, the mall, activities etc. The house was clean, and had all the amenities you would ever need. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was perfect. The game room kept the kids occupied. Every room had a tv and the beds were super comfortable. We had enough towels both for the pool and the bath. We had a blast. We would definitely stay again. Other things to note ^Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in (2pm vs. our standard 4pm) or late check-out (11:30pm vs. our standard 10am) may be available upon request for a $100 fee each. Because it depends on the cleaning schedule and surrounding bookings, we often can't confirm either until the night before. ^Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided, along with toothpaste in case you forget yours! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products. ^There is a small, completely independent apartment (converted garage apartment, there is no actual garage) on the right side of the property that may have other guests in it during your stay. They use a separate entrance, the only place you may see them is coming/going from the driveway. ^Driveway parking for 4 cars. Do not park on the right side of the driveway. ^During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to take bins down to the street. After booking, see house manual for details on expected days. ^We are not in a flood hazard area, nor did our home did not flood during the 2024 hurricane season. Outside of the free cancellation window, our standard cancellation policy applies, including during periods of inclement weather. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
