The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area - A separate kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside : - A 500 m² private green space dedicated to relaxation, not adjoining the property, available 80 metres away with garden furniture, arbour, swing, sandpit and central barbecue. - A 20 m² terrace at the entrance to the property with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included - Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge; only one pet per stay. - Nespresso coffee capsules are available for sale.
