Erwin is a small town with a movie theater, library, lots of fast food places and a few food trucks..there is a decent bbq place - the Hawg & Dawg, and is 20 minutes to Johnson City..It has been a good place for medical students and travel nurses to stay.. I am 45 minutes from Asheville, NC; Jonesborough and the International Storytelling Center is 20 miles away and Bristol is about 45 minutes away. I have really enjoyed meeting all my guests and have kept in touch with many The space There are 3 spaces available upstairs..2 queens and a single (good for a group) or single travelers..Breakfast is available if you stay a week or less. The kitchen is fully equipped and is available for guests to use..there is a small fridge upstairs for water, etc. as well. If you decide to book and don't want to share bath access, I can block out the calendar for the other spaces, Definititely open for discussion! There is a small hot tub in the peaceful back yard, as well as a fire pit and propane grill. UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT SET UP TO ACCOMMODATE PETS.. thanks Guest access As mentioned, the kitchen..also the TV room downstairs...basically the whole house other than my rooms.
