Peaceful Setting in Mts.

Erwin is a small town with a movie theater, library, lots of fast food places and a few food trucks..there is a decent bbq place - the Hawg & Dawg, and is 20 minutes to Johnson City..It has been a good place for medical students and travel nurses to stay.. I am 45 minutes from Asheville, NC; Jonesborough and the International Storytelling Center is 20 miles away and Bristol is about 45 minutes away. I have really enjoyed meeting all my guests and have kept in touch with many The space There are 3 spaces available upstairs..2 queens and a single (good for a group) or single travelers..Breakfast is available if you stay a week or less. The kitchen is fully equipped and is available for guests to use..there is a small fridge upstairs for water, etc. as well. If you decide to book and don't want to share bath access, I can block out the calendar for the other spaces, Definititely open for discussion! There is a small hot tub in the peaceful back yard, as well as a fire pit and propane grill. UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT SET UP TO ACCOMMODATE PETS.. thanks Guest access As mentioned, the kitchen..also the TV room downstairs...basically the whole house other than my rooms. Other things to note if you would rather not share a bathroom, I will block off the calendar for the other spaces....check with me when booking...thanks.
