The loft offers a very spacious living/dining area, partly integrated kitchen, a studio desk area with a half bath on the main level. On the second level is the main bedroom en suite with a huge walk in closet , two lavatories, a shower. The space There's another full bathroom for the guest bedroom. On the third level you will find a spacious studio looking out to one of the outdoor decks and a toilet. The rooftop terrace offers great views of the park and surrounding area, it has a full parrilla ( barbecue area), electric stovetop and wood burning oven, there´s also an outdoor shower to freshen up after sun bathing on the terrace. There are balconies on all sides of the main floor. It is lovely to open the doors on long days to hear the sounds of the park across the street and feel the breeze. PLEASE NOTE: Although not in the listing, the space has hot tubs. Please do not use the ones in the bedroom. The deck hot tub can only be used for soaking. The jets do not work. There are numerous city buses that run very close to the loft. It is also very easy to get a taxi at all hours in the area. There is a guidebook to the loft available at the location which should answer most questions.
