South-facing room with a view and direct access from the garden (PRM). A living room with a kitchenette for preparing meals while enjoying your family/friends and stunning views. The living room with its large bay windows is extended by a balcony suspended over the Étang des Cressonnières. Facing due west, you can enjoy aperitifs at sunset, in front of the local wildlife – ducks, moorhens, white egrets, trout – alone in the middle of nature and out of sight thanks to the green island opposite. The dining area (Wi-Fi for remote work), facing south/southwest, will allow you to enjoy the view and access the terrace/pergola (PRM access) overlooking the watercress beds. A back kitchen with a laundry area. A toilet & hand basin. Upstairs, the "Les Sources" bedroom with its double bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower, facing south, will enchant you: view of the watercress beds towards the source of the Veules and view of the garden, terrace, and pergola. The "L'Étang" bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an Italian shower, will seduce you with its panoramic view and its small balcony above the water meadow pond, where you can suspend time and enjoy the tranquility of this exceptional site. A toilet and sink are upstairs. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, you will immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the watercress beds of Veules-les-Roses (the most beautiful village in France), where the abundant biodiversity and soothing calm invite you to recharge your batteries, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, from the terrace/pergola overlooking the Veules (the smallest river in France/fishing prohibited), in total harmony with nature. You can follow the Veules from the source to the sea by following the mills.
