A living room/living room with a kitchen area to prepare meals enjoying your family/friends & stunning views. The living room with its large floor-to-ceiling windows is extended by a balcony hanging on the pond of watercresses. Facing west, you can enjoy aperitifs in the setting sun, in front of the local wildlife ducks, water chickens, white egret, trout, alone in the middle of nature and out of sight thanks to the planted island in front. The dining area (wifi teleworking), facing south, south/west will allow you to enjoy the view & access the terrace/pergola (PMR access) overlooking the watercress beds. A back kitchen with laundry area. A toilet & hand basin. Upstairs, the bedroom "the springs" with its double bed and its large bathroom with Italian shower facing south will seduce you: view of the watercresses towards the source of the Veules and views of the garden terrace/Pergola. The room "l 'étang" equipped with a king size bed, and an Italian shower will seduce you with its panoramic view and small balcony above the pond of cressonnières to suspend the weather & enjoy the zen of this exceptional site. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, you will immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the watercresses of Veules-les-Roses (the most beautiful village in France), where the abundant biodiversity and soothing calm invite you to recharge your batteries, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, from the terrace/pergola overlooking the Veules (the smallest river in France), in total harmony with nature. You can follow the Veules from the Source to the sea following the mills.
