The apartment always stays cool (even in the middle of a heat wave) because the living room and kitchen are semi-underground. Private entrance. Your private bathroom and kitchens are brand new and well equipped! Free parking. Access to pool terrace/lounge. 20 min from CNPE, UFPI, PIPA. 35 min from Lyon (20 min by direct TER). We remain attentive to your needs and ensure that we welcome you with attention and respect for your privacy. Your charming accommodation will stay cool all summer even without air conditioning (because part of the two rooms is buried and on the other side there are openings that bring you beautiful light). You are particularly isolated from the rest of our house because your accommodation is on the ground floor, and your room is very isolated in terms of sound. You will have your independence thanks to your private entrance. Parking (possibility to park in the courtyard of the villa or in front of our white barrier on the street). Your kitchen and private bathroom (adjacent to the bedroom) are brand new! Free access to swimming pool (from April if temperatures allow). In spring and summer, we provide a table, chairs and deckchairs in the courtyard, which is right in front of your private entrance. But you can also enjoy the pool lounge that is private to you. The pool is shared (but we go there little and our older children rarely enjoy it), but we leave you the whole large terrace around the pool where your private lounge is located. The accommodation is very playful (billiards, foosball). Many nearby restaurants and shops (including Intermarché within walking distance) but also cinema, Espace Vaugelas performance hall, bars and café-theater (Le Carioca) in the center of Meximieux. Train station is a 20/25 min walk away. Guest access Your accommodation is located 15 min from the Ain plain, 25 min from the CNPE (Bugey power station) and the UFPI, and 15 min from Ambérieu-en-Bugey. You are located a stone's throw from Pérouges (medieval city listed in UNESCO), 30 minutes from Lyon (20 minutes by direct TER), at the gates of the Dombe and its specialties, a few minutes from the ViaRhôna for bike rides, 5 minutes from kayak activities, 15 minutes from the Bird Park, 25 minutes from the Caves of the Balme, close to many lakes... You will have access to the swimming pool and its solarium in peace. The American billiards can be transformed into French billiards (Bréton billiards). Before, we only rented the bedroom with a small extra kitchen. Then we created a private bathroom and kitchen, and I was forced to recreate a listing to switch to "entire home". So you now have the entire ground floor of the house with your private entrance!
