Cozy, Private Queen Bed & Bath, 5 Miles to Airport

PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES, you will be charged $200 if any rules are broken. This is one bedroom and one bathroom that come with the most basic amenities, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, a Fire-stick TV for your entertainment as well as free WIFI. This room is perfect for people coming and going from the airport, as well as those looking to hangout in Downtown Phoenix. Close enough to the I-17 for quick last minute stays up to 9pm the same night! We hope you enjoy your stay. The space Guest have access to the bedroom and bathroom. You are welcome to come and go as you please Guest access Guests enter through the front door with a code that is given with checkin instructions. During your stay We are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if you are in need of anything please reach out as someone is usually home. We typically keep to the back of the house as to give our guest as much privacy as possible. However, you may see us in passing as we exit the house through the front, this is a rare occurrence but does happen from time to time. Other things to note Please note we live in the back of the property with our two dogs Awe-Me and Millie. Awe-me will probably bark when you enter the house but will soon quiet down. Millie is a puppy and even though she’s quiet most of the time when she wants to play she gets a little vocal. And one final note, we are close to the airport, you will likely hear planes taking off and landing when they fly lower to the ground. However this is not always the case.
