This 1st floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests, making it the perfect getaway for couples, friends, or small families looking for a relaxing stay near the ocean. The space Inside the condo, you’ll find many of the comforts of home. The full kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, and utensils for preparing meals. Complimentary Wi-Fi will help you stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows on one of the 3 flat screen TVs. A private balcony invites you to enjoy the breeze while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, as well as central heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort year-round. Guests at Summer Times #3 also have access to several shared amenities. Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Afterward, have a snack at the picnic table or soak up some rays in the sun loungers by the pool. Additionally, make use of the covered parking area, which provides convenient access to your vehicle. Guests are provided with two on-site parking spaces, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area. Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, guests will have plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the wide, sandy beaches, or explore the area’s vibrant restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. From water sports and fishing to scenic beach walks and family-friendly attractions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy during your visit. 2 Parking Spaces Available On-Site Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, 2 bath towels, and 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. The beds will not be made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Summer Times #3 is a 1st floor condo and there is no elevator on-site. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. The minimum check-in age is 25. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo. The guest will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm in summer). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
