On 89m² of living space, the holiday home "Koje 23" with harbor views can accommodate up to 4 people. The living/dining area offers you a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed & a TV. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and TV. An infrared sauna awaits you in the shower room for relaxation on holiday. On the large terrace you can relax and close the evenings. On approx. 89 m ² of living space, the cottage offers space for up to 4 people with an incredible harbor view. The modern furnished cottage offers an open plan living room with big sofa and fireplace to end cozy evenings by the warming fire. There is also access to the terrace. Enjoy your coffee here in the morning or spend unforgettable barbecues with a magnificent view of the resort's harbor basin. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and in the adjacent dining area you and your loved ones can enjoy the evening in a convivial atmosphere with a good meal. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and the other 2 single beds (90x200cm). Wake up in a double bed in the morning and have a fantastic view of the water. Blackout options and insect screens offer a quiet night's sleep. In the bathroom, in addition to a walk-in shower, you will also find an infrared sauna for the perfect rest during the vacation. Relax in the hot tub and watch the hustle and bustle in the harbor basin. A high chair and a travel cot are available for our youngest guests. In addition, you have the possibility to use the surrounding lawn as well. Two private parking spaces and a lockable bicycle shed are available directly in front of the property.
