Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoying peace and quiet in the great outdoors in a comfortable boat house cabin to put your head down to sleep, outdoor undercover kitchen area with running water and gas hob with cooking utensils, for a nice breakfast. Picnic basket with cups ,plates, bowls and cutlery and picnic blanket to enjoy during your stay . note, there is no heating ! Hot water bottle to use. Is a fire pit bring your own firelog Or we can provide at extra cost The space Lovely little family Farm 3 miles in from the coast of Aberaeron which houses shops and eateries . Lots of lovely walks and within walking distance to the bus stop and National Trust property On the doorstep, practically with woodland walks and café/coffee shop . The boathouse accommodation consists of private bedroom with twin beds comfortable mattress base sheet throw over and cushion (bring your own sleeping bag/bedding). If not we have sleeping bags to rent during your stay. Please message me if you need these, £15 per person per stay upon arrival. Please note, there is no heating !! Toilet roll , tea coffee only to get you started this is self catering . New for this season games room/mock bar and gym room , this is a shared space 18+ to use gym equipment? Guest access The boathouse is situated down at the bottom of a field round about 500 yard walk. It is completely fenced in with beautiful gardens around the pond with lsland in the middle and a little jetty to tie the boat to while you sit and read a book. Other things to note Please note this is a glamping experience with basic hand and face washing from hot water boiled in the kettle (no shower). Little shed has a porter loo/WC. No electricity only solar lighting. No heating ! Ready for you to kick off your shoes, put up your feet and enjoy complete relaxation Please note due to the kitchen being open plan and outdoors. We do our best to keep clean and tidy for your arrival. Sometimes this is not doable due to nature/birds
