Description

200 sqm cottage, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm plot. 1.3 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach.  Bedroom house: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. House: large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it on Usedom from before: high beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle. The space 200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm property. 1.4 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach. Bedroom: 5 bedrooms (sleeps 9), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. House: Large living area, one-time clay stove for the winter time, old Berlin dining table, kitchen island. A second living area in the transition from the house to the sleeping house with a piano. As well as a terrace and garden. The national park is a beautiful, species-rich and hilly mixed forest (pines and beeches) with blueberries and mushrooms, which you can cross on foot or by bike on the way to the Baltic Sea. There are 6 bikes available for free use. It is very quiet here. The way to the beach is itself a pleasure, as is the empty, wide Baltic Sea beach and the steep bank to the east of the exit to the lake. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea, as we know it from Kölpinsee on Usedom from the past: high beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without promenade and spectacle. The house is ideal for relaxing, celebrating or concentrating. It offers a harmonious combination of spacious, open spaces for family, friends, seminars and work – and offers space for plenty of retreats. This balance makes it a perfect home for both social gatherings and quiet, undisturbed moments. The building consists of two main areas – sleeping house and residential house – which are connected by a wide glazed second transitional living area in which there is a piano. Thus, the sleeping and living quarters are somewhat separated from each other. This allows retreat when many people are together in the large living area. The sleeping house has two floors. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. Both rooms have access to a private terrace section. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the glazed transition area, there is an additional toilet. A wide wooden staircase connects the lower area to the upper floor. There are three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom under the roof. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. All rooms are plastered with clay, discreetly furnished and thus have a warm and clear appearance. The house consists of a single, 63 m² large and high room with a ceiling height of over 6 meters in the entire area. It is also plastered with clay and has very large windows all around, which allow an open view of the wide sky. This makes the house brightly lit at any time of the day. The house has a living area with a spacious sofa, two Bluetooth speakers from the Berlin company Teufel, a large dining area with an antique Berlin table and a modern kitchen made of pine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils for family celebrations. The induction stove is integrated into a kitchen island that is easily accessible from all sides. There is also a large refrigerator with freezer unit. The heart of the room is the large clay stove, where you can sit and lie at any time of the year. In the cold season it can be heated and then spreads the typical, pleasant warmth of a clay oven. This oven is heated once a day and is warm 24 hours a day, like in a fairy tale. Three patio doors connect the room to the large surrounding terrazzo terrace, which leads to the garden. A historic Berlin swing door from 1930 (from the Jewish Girls' School on Berlin's Auguststraße) connects the house with the glazed transition area, which is also connected to the terrace on both sides. In the house, there are a total of 9 beds, but it is easily possible to provide two additional beds to accommodate a total of 11 people. All rooms of the house are surrounded by a bright terrazzo terrace (170 square meters). The terrace has two tables with chairs as well as sun loungers and a parasol. In the garden there is a fire pit that can be used, and in the shed there is a grill. Four cars can park right in front of the house on the fenced property. The small town center of Wisełka is 2 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by car. In summer there are cafes and restaurants, children can play air hockey in the atmosphere of a small village hubbub, rent pedal cars or get small surprises from vending machines. Międzyzdroje is 10 km away, where restaurants are open year-round near the pier.
