The space Welcome to Your Cozy Retreat in Downtown Bothell! This spacious and thoughtfully appointed basement apartment offers all the comforts of home with added touches to make your stay special. You’ll enter through a private foyer—your space to use during your stay. While the host occasionally accesses a storage room and electrical panel from this area, your unit remains secure and private with a separate coded interior door. Living Room: Step inside to an inviting living room featuring a 55” smart TV, cozy seating, and space to set up the provided queen air mattress if needed. You’ll also find a convenient phone charging station equipped with cords for both iPhone and Android devices—just plug in and relax. A Cat6 Ethernet jack is available here as well if you’d prefer a wired internet connection. Dining Area: The dining table can’t be extended, but it can be pulled away from the wall to comfortably seat more guests using the extra chairs provided. A Cat6 Ethernet jack is also available in this area for a strong wired connection while you dine or work. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to cook—from pots and pans to utensils and bakeware. A Brita water pitcher is provided for filtered drinking water. We also include coffee, tea, sparkling water, and a welcome snack basket to start your stay off right. Please note there’s no garbage disposal, so kindly avoid putting food down the drain. Around the corner from the fridge, you’ll find a pantry with pull-out, soft-close drawers stocked with extra utensils and a fire extinguisher for peace of mind. Laundry & Linens: The laundry closet includes a stacked washer and dryer, with detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and an ironing board provided. A nearby linen closet holds extra towels, sheets, pillowcases, pack ’n play linens, a clothes steamer, and more. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds, luggage racks, extra pillows, and blankets. The north bedroom closet also stores the queen air mattress. In the south bedroom, a spacious walk-in closet doubles as a private work area, complete with a desk, chair, and Cat6 Ethernet cord for high-speed internet access. Bathroom: The upscale bathroom includes a heated floor, a deep tub/shower combo, a water closet for added privacy, and an automatic under-vanity light. Fresh towels are conveniently stored on shelves behind the door. (Please flush only toilet paper—our system uses a sewage pump.) Climate Control: Mini-split systems in both bedrooms and the living area provide quiet, efficient heat and AC—each controlled by remote for your comfort.
