It comfortably furnished, accompanied with a massive backyard. We have a gas stovetop. Great for people who hates to wait for things to heat up! Your room is fully furnished with a double sized bed, built in wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, a TV & Chromecast. You're sharing only kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has ample storage. There is no shared lounge room on the property. The property is 4 minutes drive away from Moorabbin Airport and minutes walk away from buses to Southland and the city. The house is situated in a very quiet small secure court close to all amenities, including local stores and large shopping centres, Universities, TAFES, Training Centres, beach, parks, restaurants, public transport, Churches of all denominations, a Jain temple in walking distance and a Synagogue also very close by. We are surrounded by parklands; within walking distance, or short drives away. Guest access You have full access to the shared kitchen, dining room, laundry, and yard. Because this is a shared space, please clean up after yourselves and respect others. Cleanliness is the utmost important to us. During your stay We are available to assist with anything that you might want to know, or that you may require via phone or airbnb. Other things to note Because this is a sharehouse, infants and children are not suitable for this property. Older teenagers are acceptable. Guests are required to clean up after themselves, which includes not leaving dirty dishes in the sink, and cleaners are only there for every turnover / end of stays. This house is for you if you: ✔️ Understand that everyone has different perspective in cleanliness but would still try your best to clean up after yourself. ✔️ Know how to respect others and communicate if you have any issues ✔️ Want to live in a part of Cheltenham’s history and understand that nothing is perfect.
