Thanks to its location on the seafront, the villa enjoys unparalleled views; from the terraces you can see wonderful sunsets. Without a doubt, the terraces, the pool and the outdoor dining area are what stand out the most in this property. In front of the house, through the rocks you can access the sea. But if you prefer to rest and sunbathe on a sandy beach, in 5 minutes you can walk to Macaret beach with a couple of restaurants. The villa consists of two floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Downstairs is a living-dining room, modern kitchen, laundry room and two en-suite bedrooms (one with a 1.40 bed and the second with a bunk bed) and a full complimentary bathroom. The two rooms have an exit to the outside. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace (two bedrooms with a 1.80 bed and the third bedroom with two single beds).
