A simple vintage beach house with a short 2 min walk on a paved road to the beach. Just 7 minutes from the Clinton ferry and the local grocery store or about a mile walking on the beach. It features a full bed, a full futon, and a sunroom with peeking views of Possession Sound and the ferry crossing. The bathroom includes a shower and the home is filled with natural light. Enjoy the tides, the sunsets, the mountains and the beach! Google estimates it's only 350ft. Depends how fast you walk and whether you're carrying a cooler ;) **Accessibility:** -Single story home, there is a ramp as well as stairs to enter. Driveway is gravel. Just a note- we've listed up to four people and dogs allowed, however, depending on the size of your dog(s), human(s) and comfort level- you may find a need for more room. Please let us know ahead of time about number of people and pets to avoid any extra charges. We do not have a TV or Large dining table as there is not enough space to do so and we like to keep this place minimal. Guest access Whole house and beach. Please don't enter bottom crawlspace. Not that you were dying to go! Other things to note Note: Any stays longer than 13 days may require extra cleaning fees and or deposit paid through Airbnb.
