I know you don't want surprises, so we're detailing our house rules so you can see them before you book with us. After booking the apartment, you need to complete the check-in in advance. We can't share your arrival details like codes, how to get to the apartment, without it. Every guest is required to send a photocopy of an ID or passport and a valid Israeli residence permit or visa including children and infants before check-in. Reservations made on the day of arrival require 3 hours of preparation after the original check-in time. Sleeping arrangements, pillows, linens, etc.; the apartment will be ready according to the number of guests in the reservation. Please let me know in advance if there are guests who will not share beds so we can arrange the beds properly. Mattresses can be provided for an additional fee and with at least 3 days' notice. Extra towels can be requested for an additional fee. Linen can be requested for an additional fee. A deposit of NIS 2,000 must be paid before check-in. Guests are required to pay 17% VAT of the total reservation before check-in. VAT is paid in shekels if the reservation was made in another currency, the amount of the reservation will be converted to shekels according to the representative rate published on Google at the time of payment and an additional 0.10 above the representative rate published on Google. For example: If the dollar rate at the time of VAT payment is 3.20, the order amount will be multiplied by 3.30. If the guest chooses to pay the VAT in a currency other than NIS, the amount of VAT in NIS will be converted at the representative rate published on Google minus 0.10 according to the example 3.10. Therefore, it is always recommended to pay in shekels.
