This majestic 3 story cabin sits on 12 secluded acres with a fenced in yard, hot tub, star gazing, shuffleboard, sauna, viewing deck and private year round pond fed by La Plata River. Also on the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, full bath room and laundry room. Exit the kitchen to a large fenced in yard with wrap around deck, outside dining, grill and fire pit. Enjoy the hot tub while star gazing! Upper Level-Split log stairs to a huge loft with several areas. Shuffle board, large table and chairs, reading nook and master bedroom with TV and full bathroom. Basement level-Split log stairs down to large living area with large sectional couch , TV and two sets of bunk beds. The basement also has two private bedrooms with queen beds and TVs. On the other side of the stairs is a full bathroom and the SAUNA! PLEASE NOTE: During winter months, four wheel drive vehicles are required to access and depart the cabin during heavy snow or ice. The Cabin is 7,000 feet above sea level. Please take precautions for altitude sickness. The cabin is located in the country side. Please be prepared for everything country 😊. Guest access You will have full access to the house except the garage and tool shed. All vehicles must stay on driveway. No off roading on the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: During winter months, four wheel drive vehicles are required to access and depart the cabin during heavy snow or ice.
