You will love the elegant decor of this charming accommodation. The guest house LE SOULERET offers 2 beautiful spacious and bright rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom (breakfasts included in the price of the night). You can book both rooms simultaneously or simply book one of them, by going to the corresponding ads: Bed and Breakfast "DOUBS" and Bed and Breakfast "JURA". The space Former Comtoise farm of the eighteenth century, it is ideally located, on the edge of the Doubs and Jura. For this reason, the 2 rooms were named after these 2 departments. Our guest house is located in a small village in the Haut-Doubs, in the heart of the production area of the Comté, one of the most famous French cheeses. It is also close to exceptional natural or heritage sites, many of which are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO: citadel of Besançon, large saline of Salins-les-Bains, royal salines of Arc-et-Senans. The Jura mountains have many treasures: museum farms, rivers and mountain lakes, the beautiful Loue and Lison valleys, summits accessible to all and offering 360° views, caves and chasms, climbing and caving sites, vineyards of the famous "vin jaune" and "vin de paille", Pays du Comté, Morbier, Mont d’Or, Morteau sausage and absinthe… This guest house is perfect for a step on the way of the «Petite GTJ à vélo», which passes in front of «Le Souleret», or for a longer stay, allowing to recharge by breathing the good air, by walking and discovering the countless tourist attractions of this preserved territory. The rooms are for 1 or 2 adults, but on request, a cot (or a small bed for young children) can be added. Each has its en-suite bathroom, with sink, shower and toilet. The DOUBS room is located on the ground floor, next to the living/ dining room, and has a double bed 140 cm wide. The room JURA located upstairs, next to the mezzanine and its lounge/ library, offers two single beds in 80x200 cm, twinned on request in Queen size bed. Guest access You will be welcomed in the accommodation of the owners and will therefore be received in a real guest house. Discretion and kindness are assured. Upon request and reservation, you can benefit from the table d'hôtes some evenings (28 € including drinks). For the other evenings, there are friendly hostels located a few minutes from the village. No lunch, but possibility of picnic baskets. The family kitchen remains a private room and will not be accessible to you. It is the same for a part of the floor, which is also reserved for owners. During the dinners taken on site, you will share their table. Martine and Antoine can, if you wish, make you benefit from their valuable advice, to prepare your excursions. A small fridge is at your disposal in the entrance, so that you can cool drinks and provisions for your picnics, or your gourmet purchases! In summer, you can also enjoy the large garden and its pleasures. 2 terraces are at your disposal: one in the morning, for breakfasts, or evening, for aperitif (outdoor lounge), the other for dinners, when the weather permits. A bench, benefiting from the beneficial shade of a walnut tree, as well as sun loungers are available to lovers of idleness or reading. Finally, a petanque court and balls await you for happy parties, day or evening. During your stay The owners will be available throughout your stay. If you are staying for several days, you will be given a key to the front door upon arrival. Remember to return it before departure. Other things to note Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not accepted. Private parking in front of the property, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Bicycles, trailers or motorcycles can be sheltered overnight in our enclosed barn. Upon request, a paid luggage service can be provided. Similarly, we can offer hikers a picnic basket. Included in the price of the night are: - Breakfast - Bed linen - Towels and washcloths, bath sheets For a long stay, sheets and towels will be changed in the middle of the stay. All other services are extra. Payment for additional services is made on site.
