When rented as a 1 bedroom the 2nd bedroom will remain locked and empty.* As you enter Bogie's Villa French Cap, the open great room with vaulted ceilings provides comfortable seating for 4, and a TV with Roku to stream your shows or movies via the provided Netflix and Hulu. The great room opens to the full kitchen, and out onto the private deck. Kitchens are stocked with coffee for the mornings, a gallon of water to get you started, and all the supplies you need for dining at home either inside at the kitchen island or the dining table on the deck. Your private deck, accessible through the kitchen or great room sliding doors provides both lounge and dining areas. An electric grill is provided on your deck, and a shared gas grill is available on the pool deck. The hall closet provides beach and pool towels, and a small cooler for your adventures. *Bogie’s is supported with solar panels and Powerwalls, during an extended outage we require conservation steps to insure all guests will have fans and fridges powered overnight. One parking space is available for each unit. Bogie's Villa is a 6 unit complex comprised of 2 buildings. Bogie's has 6 separate condos (2 - 2 bed/ 2 bath, 2 - 2 bed/1 bath, 1 large studio, and 1 tiny living style studio). The common areas (pool, deck, parking and laundry) are shared by all.
