The top floor of our home is your own private space. The spacious bedroom with king sized bed, also fits a double air-bed for up to 2 children (additional fee applies). There is a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite shower room. Relax and enjoy the views across the fields of our friendly village which has a shop and 2 pubs. Ideally located in Yorkshire, being 4-miles from the market town of Selby with it's impressive Abbey, 16 miles from historic York and 18 miles from cosmopolitan Leeds. The space Our family home is a detached property built in 2002 and set over 3 floors. In the summer, we spend most of the time in the conservatory adjoining our breakfast kitchen at the back of the house, as it’s lovely and bright. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, house bathroom and the office. The second floor is our master suite where our Airbnb guests will stay. Completely private with a large bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Guest access Access to the house is through the front door. Guests access the master suite via the hall, stairs and landing. The suite has tea & coffee facilities as well as a television with dvd player and access to streaming services via Amazon Fire stick. During your stay During the guests stay - I am contactable either by message through the Airbnb app or by phone. Other things to note 5-minutes walk from our house is The Owl. A popular village pub-restaurant which serves good food. Guests can also have food delivered from Just eat. Meals cannot be consumed in the bedroom - guests would have access to eat in our dining kitchen. There are also pub-restaurants in both adjoining villages - The Crown in Monk Fryston which is a 7-min drive and The Fox in Thorpe Willoughby, a 5-min drive. We have an EV charging point. Cost/ usage agreed before check-in and payable directly.
