Message us for more info! The space At Bab Zaytun Villa, comfort meets space and style. You will stay in one private bedroom, while sharing the rest of the villa with other guests who may be staying in the other rooms. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms in total — three rooms with queen-size beds, one room with a king-size bed, and one room with two single beds — making it perfect for travelers, couples, families, or small groups. There are 4 bathrooms, and in your room you will find fresh towels, body soap, and hair shampoo ready for your stay. We also provide garbage bags, a sponge, and dish soap, but no products for the dishwasher or washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen, located downstairs, is shared with other guests and gives you everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. If you prefer to relax, our cook can prepare delicious meals for you — simply order the service in advance. The cost is €35 per person for guests above 8 years old, and €15 per child under 8 years old, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks included are water, tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice. The house features two spacious shared living rooms. One includes a large plasma TV and entertainment such as card games, karaoke, and even a piano, perfect for relaxing or enjoying fun evenings. Upstairs, you can also relax on the terrace and enjoy peaceful moments. For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, both shared with other guests staying in the house. Bab Zaytun Villa is designed to make you feel at home — offering comfort, space, and a welcoming atmosphere, while sharing the experience with other travelers staying in the villa. Guest access You will receive keys for the front gate and main door (please note that lost keys must be refunded). You have full access to the villa, the pool area, and the garden behind the house. Inside the villa, everything is accessible except one or two private cabinets reserved for personal items. The 17m x 7m swimming pool is perfect for relaxing, with one side reaching a depth of 1.60m. Please note that we do not provide children’s floats, and the pool tiles can be slippery when wet. Around the pool, you can enjoy the BBQ, ping pong table, sunbeds, and seating areas. One pool towel per guest is provided. In the garden behind the villa, you’re welcome to walk around and enjoy the seating areas — we simply ask you to respect the plants. Please note: Smoking inside the house and unannounced parties are strictly not allowed. If we notice this rule is not respected, a €250 penalty fee will be charged. Important Guest Information For the safety and comfort of everyone, any additional guests staying overnight who were not included at the time of booking will incur an extra charge. To ensure we can accommodate all guests properly, we require the names and valid ID of all additional guests to be sent before we confirm the reservation. This is taken seriously for registration and safety purposes. Please note that, due to our countryside location, power outages may occasionally occur, especially during the nighttime. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as the entire area is connected to the same power line. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to ensure your comfort during your stay. As we are in a village, water comes from underground sources rather than a municipal supply. We kindly ask all guests to use water responsibly. If the tank runs low, we will refill it, but conserving water helps everyone. Being close to nature, the villa is home to local wildlife such as lizards, scorpions, chameleons, birds, and flying insects. This is a normal part of staying in a natural environment in Morocco. We also have three dogs and cats that live on the property. The dogs are kept in a secure area behind our studio, so they will not interact with guests. The cats roam in and around the studio area but are accustomed to staying in their designated space.
