The space Ideal for a large family, 2 apartments in one! The Japan Room is a 26 m² apartment with an authentic Japanese atmosphere. It features an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with an optimized dining area, a bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV with a Dolby sound system, as well as 2 bunk beds in a Japanese capsule style. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. It is important to mention that some areas of this apartment have limited access, which may be inconvenient for people with a larger build. The Petit Studio is a 15 m² apartment featuring a living space decorated in a cinematic style with a large bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A private toilet is available, with access through the common area hallway. An extra bed is available for an additional guest (ideal for a child). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note • Remember, you are staying in my apartment, not a hotel. Please respect my home. • If there are any problems, I will take immediate action as soon as possible, but note there is no 24/7 presence on-site. • Prostitution is prohibited. If contested, a minimum fine of €300 applies. • No parties in the apartment, risk of complaint filing.
