Welcome to Attico 21 - 4° :) A nice apartment on the fourth floor of a building 5 minutes from the Central Station (from which it is convenient to reach Karol Wojtyła airport or to explore other nearby destinations, such as Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Matera.) and 15 minutes from the center of Bari. Completely renovated, ideal for a stay between couples of friends, or for a family of up to 5 people (the fifth place is on a sofa bed 165cm long). The space The elevator reaches the lower floor. Going up ten steps you reach the 50-square-meter apartment, renovated in 2024, consisting of an entrance, living room/kitchen, windowed bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a French bed. A Teddytour-type lockable cot for small children, including mattress, sheets and anti-suffocation pillow, is available on request at a cost of €10/day. Both rooms are equipped with a workstation, hot/cold air conditioning, a wardrobe and a suitcase holder. In the center between the two rooms, there is a small living area with a kitchen complete with every comfort, a top-loading washing machine, a TV with Amazon Prime, and a sofa bed. The full bathroom with window is equipped with all the necessary toiletries during your stay as well as a hairdryer. The apartment is completed by a small terrace, which can only be used to hang out clothes after a day at the beach or to relax outdoors while smoking a cigarette (taking care to throw the butts in an ashtray). Parking is free and available throughout the neighborhood. If you want to park your vehicle in a guarded garage, there is an agreement with a private facility near the apartment with the following rates: - Small car: €15/night (+ €5/day for the next day) - Average car: €20/night (+ €5/day for the next day) - Large car: €25/night (+ €5/day for the next day) An extra linen replacement service (bathroom set + sheet set) can be requested for a fee of €30. The Teddytour cot, including mattress, sheets and anti-suffocation pillow, costs €10/day. Late check-in has a fee of €50. Note: In the case of a reservation for 2 people, a single default room will be prepared. If you need two rooms, please specify this when booking. Guest access The apartment described is entirely at your disposal, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort during your stay. Late check-in has a fee of €50. Other things to note As of 10/1/2023, the tourist tax is also active in the city of Bari. The cost is €2.00 per adult/night (up to a maximum of 4 nights).
