Charming light-filled garden unit in Roscoe Village The space Newly renovated garden unit in our traditional Chicago brownstone, located in the heart of Roscoe Village! The garden unit is a 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with blackout shades, dresser, hanging racks, and luggage racks for storage, and a combo alarm clock/sound machine with wireless phone charging and a bluetooth speaker. We have a pack & play available if you are traveling with a baby/toddler - please request if you need it! The newly renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, induction stove, oven with air fryer setting, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and basic cooking and baking gear. Coffee lovers can use the DeLonghi espresso maker and the Zojirushi drip coffee maker. The bathroom has a custom radiator towel rack to keep your towels toasty warm, and a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom has a comfy Beautyrest mattress (similar to the Westin Heavenly bed). The large main room has an open floor plan with dining and living space, and includes a 4-person dining table, and a large smart TV with Roku so you can access Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, and more. The building is well-maintained and includes central AC, radiant heat, and a smart thermostat. Just two blocks from charming downtown Roscoe Village and close to Wrigley Field and the Southport Corridor! A 10-minute walk to the Brown line and a 5-minute bike ride to the North Branch Trail. The Addison 152 bus stop is a few steps away, and there is a Divvy bike station (including e-bikes) located a block away. Trader Joe's, Mariano's, and Jewel-Osco grocery stores are nearby. Enjoy tree-lined streets, free street parking, and proximity to Damen and Western Avenues for quick access to Bucktown and Wicker Park. Guest access The garden unit is accessible via front door keypad & lock box, and has a private staircase, separate entrance and exit from building, and shared access to the backyard, patio, and front porch. Guests will also have access to the shared laundry room in the basement, which has 2 washers and dryers and drying racks. Other things to note This is a family building - we live on the 2nd floor and we have tenants on the first floor, and both units have small children/infants. We ask that our guests please respect the quiet hours to maintain a family-friendly environment!
