The space Rollin’ on the River is a three-level, 2,800-square-foot log lodge surrounded by forest along the Wenatchee River. Five bedrooms, additional loft sleeping space, two gathering areas, and generous outdoor spaces give families and groups plenty of room to come together and spread out. A path and stairs lead to the home’s seasonal private riverfront beach area on the Wenatchee River. The size and accessibility of this natural area vary with seasonal water levels. GATHERING SPACES The main living room features soaring ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating, and a wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs, a separate entertainment area offers additional seating, a TV, foosball table, DVD player, and DVD collection. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island, full-size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the cookware and dinnerware needed for group meals. Indoor dining and counter seating provide plenty of gathering space, with additional dining available outside on the deck. Guests have private access to the home, hot tub, deck, seasonal riverfront beach area, and surrounding property. Parking is available for a maximum of 8 vehicles. Other things to note - Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including infants and children, regardless of the number of beds available. - A maximum of 3 pets is permitted. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. - Events and parties are not allowed. - The loft is an open sleeping area rather than an enclosed bedroom. - All king beds consist of two twin beds placed together with proper king padding and king-size bedding. - Two window air-conditioning units are installed during summer. The home does not have central air conditioning. - The seasonal riverfront beach area varies in size and accessibility depending on water levels. - The Wenatchee River can have swift and unpredictable currents. Children and pets must be closely supervised near the water. - Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Exceptions may be considered for guests with previous positive reviews. - Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for winter and summer stays.
