A lovely cottage with an open plan downstairs space. It features a spacious garden and a hot tub if required. It has a king size bed with a separate bathroom upstairs and then the front room, kitchen diner and a toilet downstairs. Self contained garden with private hot tub . There’s plenty of parking on the driveway which leads to the garden and the property’s main door. The space An open plan downstairs with a toilet and a king size bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Guest access You have you own access from outside. There’s no need to go through the main house. Other things to note A 5 minute drive to the seafront, 10 minutes to Arundel castle and 7 miles to Goodwood motor circuit/racecourse. We are a household with 3 young children who sleep from around 7pm-7am. Mornings before school can be busy and we aim to be out at weekends. We try our hardest to keep the noise down but please keep in mind our children are quite young. You are in your own space which also has it own staircase and all it’s own amenities. Please, if you bring a pet we ask that they are not on the beds. We love having guests and will do our best to make your stay pleasant. We do keep the cleaning costs at a minimum, please respect this when leaving the property. Feel free to ask if there’s anything you might need for your stay or anything which will make your stay more comfortable.
