We guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable stay. The space This property offers comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 6 people. Guests can park their vehicles within the premises. Enjoy dinner on the balcony table or the indoor dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal on an electric stove or microwave, and it also has a full refrigerator. We provide coffee, water, popcorn, paper towels, and all necessary items such as cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots, and utensils. The cozy living room features a sofa bed, electric fireplace, TV, board games, and even an Alexa device. The bathroom includes a comfortable sink, toilet, and shower with hot and cold water. We supply toilet paper, hand sanitizer, hand soap, hand cream, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There's also a hairdryer, first aid kit, and cleaning products for guest use. The property has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, space to hang clothes, luggage rack, mirrors, night lamp, and a safe. One bedroom has a hammock, while the other has a work desk and a comfortable armchair. The service includes towels, sheets, pillows, and warm blankets. All spaces have ceiling and floor fans. We also offer earplugs for those sensitive to the Puerto Rican coquí's song. At the back, we have laundry machines and washing products included. The terrace features a sectional patio set and a cozy, warm jacuzzi for up to 6 guests. Additionally, there is an outdoor fire pit area that can accommodate 4 people for an enjoyable starry night. Access to the river is at your own risk, and caution is advised. The property has 2 outdoor cameras, one at the front and one at the back. In short, everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. Guest access The property is private for the exclusive use of guests who have reserved it at that time. Guests can use all the spaces inside and outside the house, including the laundry area, terrace, fire pit area, and the river that runs through the back. No entry is allowed for individuals not registered as guests, without exception. Other things to note This property does not have air conditioning, but the weather is usually very cool or even cold on some occasions. We do not have a water reserve tank or an electric generator, although water or electricity outages are uncommon. The water heater and clothes dryer run on gas. The stove is induction, which means it has a particular way of use. In the kitchen, you will find a portable gas stove in case of a power outage, and the jacuzzi water can be used in case of a water shortage. The property is located in a wooded area with abundant flora and fauna, so you may experience loud noises from field animals and the possibility of pests outside and inside the property, although it is kept under a control process.
