The space This property offers comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 6 people. Guests can park their vehicles on the property grounds. They can enjoy their dinner at either the balcony table or the indoor dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal using an electric stove or microwave, and it also features a full refrigerator. As part of the service, we include coffee, tea, bottled water, popcorn, paper towels, and all necessary items such as cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots, and utensils. The living room is very cozy and features a sofa bed for resting, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, board games, and even an Alexa device. The bathroom includes a comfortable sink, toilet, and shower with both hot and cold water. It comes with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, hand soap, hand cream, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and cleaning products available for guest use. The property has 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, space for hanging clothes, a luggage rack, mirrors, a bedside lamp, and even a safe. Additional amenities include a hammock, a work desk, and a comfortable armchair. The service includes towels, bed sheets, pillows, and warm blankets. All spaces are equipped with ceiling fans, and there is also a floor fan in the living room. For those sensitive to the sound of the Puerto Rican coquí and nocturnal animals, we provide earplugs. At the rear of the property, there are laundry machines, and laundry supplies are provided. On the terrace, you will find a sectional patio set and a comfortable, warm jacuzzi with capacity for all 6 guests. Access to the river is at your own risk, and we suggest exercising caution when accessing it. The property is secured with 2 exterior security cameras—one at the front and one at the back. In short, everything you need to enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay. Guest access The property is private for the exclusive use of the guests who have booked at that time. Access to the property will be on your own. The access codes will be sent to you once your reservation is complete on the day of arrival. You may use all the spaces inside and outside the house, including the laundry area, terrace, fire pit area, and the river that runs along the back. You will not have access to the locked cabinets. No persons who are not registered as guests are allowed entry, regardless of who they are. Access to the river is at your own risk, and it is advised that you exercise caution when using it. Other things to note This property does not have air conditioning, but the weather is usually very cool—or even cold at times. We also do not have a backup water tank or an electric generator, although shortages of water or electricity are uncommon. The water heater and the clothes dryer are gas-powered. The stove is induction, which means it must be used in a specific way. In the kitchen, you will find a portable gas stove in case of a power outage, and the water in the Jacuzzi may be used in case of a water shortage. The property is located in a wooded area with abundant flora and fauna, so you may experience loud noises from wildlife and the possibility of pests both outside and inside the property, although it is maintained under a control process.
