This spacious 2 BR, 2 BA villa, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The Master BR has a King, the second BR has 2 Twins. The living room has a 75-inch smart TV, each of the bedrooms have 55-inch smart TV’s with free WIFI (1 GB). The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a BBQ on the enormous porch. The villa is in a gated community with its own Marina, fishing pier, pool, docks for rent and boat ramp. Underneath the villa there is enough room to park your cars and trailer. The space This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a King, and the second bedroom has two Twins. The master bathroom has a very comfortable stand-alone tub as well as a spacious shower. Both the bedrooms have 55-inch smart TV’s and the living room has a 75-inch smart TV There is free WIFI (1 GB). The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a BBQ on the enormous porch. On this porch you will find an outdoor dining set and a lounge area! If you do not feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby.  The house will sleep a maximum of four persons.   The house is in a gated community with its own Marina, fishing pier and boat ramp (for renters of boat slips). Just a short walk from the house you will find the community pool.   Underneath the house there is more than enough room to park your cars (and if necessary, your boat trailer). Bring your own boat (docks are available for rent and we can accommodate boats up to 26ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, where the Manatees live during the winter or go up the Homosassa River to the Gulf of Mexico for your scalloping during Scallop Season. The dolphins are out all year round. The nature coast area is also known for great fishing experiences. For the golfers there are more then enough golf courses in the area. Among them the just reopened Cabot Farms golf courses (formerly know as World Woods).
