Welcome to our cozy boutique room, ideally located between Malmö and Lund. 10 min by car to Malmö C and 15 min to Lund C, with good public transport nearby. The room features a king-size bed, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, portable hob, kettle, coffee maker and sink, plus The Frame TV and a cozy armchair. Bed linen and towels are included. Shared garden and outdoor dining area available. The space Your stay Welcome to our stylish green boutique room, designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that this listing is for one private room with its own bathroom and kitchenette, not the entire guest house. The room includes: King-size bed with fresh bed linen and towels Private bathroom with shower and toilet Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, portable hob, sink, kettle and coffee maker The Frame TV Cozy armchair and small table Storage space, extra blankets and duvets There is no separate indoor dining area, but guests are welcome to use the shared outdoor dining space. The garden is shared with us, although we normally keep to the other side of the property when guests are staying. The location is convenient for both Malmö and Lund, with good public transport connections. Malmö C is around 10 minutes by car and Lund C around 15 minutes. A grocery store is approximately 400 metres away, and Lomma beach is also nearby. Free parking is available on the driveway. A hot tub may also be available on request if arranged with us in advance. Need more space? The entire guest house can also be booked through a separate listing. It includes an additional room, a second bathroom and an indoor dining area. Guest access Guests can park on the right side of the driveway. From there, enter through the large gate into the garden and follow the path left and straight ahead to the guest house entrance. You will enter through a shared hallway. Your private green room is located on the left and includes your own bathroom and kitchenette. The room itself is private. The hallway is shared, and on rare occasions the second room in the guest house may also be occupied. In most cases, this room is either unused or the entire guest house is booked together. During your stay We’re happy to give you privacy during your stay, but we’re always available if you need anything. Just send us a message through Airbnb and we’ll be happy to help with questions, recommendations or anything else during your stay. Other things to note Other information Additional amenities are available on request, including a baby cot, high chair, washing machine, dryer, EV charger, ironing board, iron and steamer. The hot tub can be prepared for your stay on request. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance so we have time to clean and heat it properly. In some cases, 1 day’s notice may be enough. For hygiene reasons, all guests must shower thoroughly with soap before using the hot tub. When using the portable hob in the kitchenette, please always switch on the black extractor fan to avoid cooking smells and steam in the room.
