Ocean Tiny Villa (tiny home on the beach)

If you desire memorable and unique experience, stay in our Tiny Villa where Pacific Ocean is your front yard. Enjoy the privacy of a tiny home on a large, private and fully gated lot right on the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver spectacular views of crashing waves from the moment you open your eyes in the morning. The upper terrace gives the impression of being ‘on top of the world’ and provides 180° views of the ocean and allows you to experience magical sunrise and sunset. The space This Tiny Villa was completed in June of 2024, and it is nestled near vibrant surf town of Mizata known as excellent surf spot. Either you come for surfing or to explore countless local attractions our Tiny Villa might be just your spot to call home during your gateway. We have a kitchenette with granite countertops, full size kitchen sink, fridge w/freezer, microwave, electric 2-burner cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and utensils. Full size bathroom is equipped with large walk-in shower, toilet, and a sink. Loft bedroom has one pillow top queen and one pillow top twin size mattress. You will be able to see the ocean through the loft windows from the moment you wake up. Living room has a sitting area with amazing views of the ocean. There is a shelving unit designed to comfortably fit your luggage and all personal items. The Villa was designed for those who love the beach, enjoy great views and privacy. Please note there is a ladder to bedroom loft and adjacent ladder to the upper terrace and we discourage staying with small children or those with mobility issues. This space is great for couples or solo travelers, groups of 2-3 friends, or family of 3 with a school aged child (w/adult supervision at all times). Max occupancy is 3 persons. We have outdoors monitoring system; cameras are disabled during guest stay. Our Tiny Villa does not have hot water, however water in shower runs pleasant temperature. Included in your rent: - Keyless smart lock entry - Private, gated parking on premises - Air Conditioning - Wi-Fi - Safe box bolted to the metal frame of the villa - Bed linens and bath towels. - Dishes and utensils - Refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, 2-burner electric stove - 3 Lounge chairs on the terrace - 3 outdoor chairs on the outdoor patio - 2 outdoor chairs on the front porch - Hammock and hammock chair - Toilet paper and soap - On the beach with private access to the beach - 180 degrees ocean view and sunset/sunrise views - Peaceful natural environment Guest access The 4-digit access code will be provided within 24-48 hrs. before arrival. Enter 4-digit code and TEEHO button to unlock. The TEEHO button will illuminate green when unlocked and will automatically lock within few seconds. Codes are re-set after each guest. Other things to note Directions: We recommend arriving at daylight (before 6pm local time). Some guests experience difficulties finding property in the dark. Coming from La Libertad/San Salvador on HWY 2 approaching KM 91 look for two consecutive road speed bumps. After 2nd speed bump drive approx. 1,200 ft (370 meters) and turn left into dirt road that slopes down. ***GPS will ask you to take the first left after 2nd speed bump, but please drive few feet further to the second left turn ***The left turn will be just before K91 mark (white stone mark on the left side of HWY 2). The left turn is just under large mango tree and next to a provisional wooden stand. If you pass K91 road mark, you went too far. Drive to the end of the dirt road approx. 600 ft (180 meters) and turn left, drive another approx. 600 ft (180 meters) and you will see entry to the Ocean Tiny Villa on your right (black metal gate). ***If you follow GPS and take first left from HWY 2 after 2nd speed bump then you will need to turn right at the end of dirt road and the property will be on your left***
