Our modern 2 bedroom Self-Contained Apartment offers a peaceful place to stay in a bush environment 110m above sea level, close to nature with views of the Derwent River. A large green lawn to take in the peacefulness and surroundings. Tourist attractions close-by include, Mona (10 mins), Richmond Historic Village (15mins), Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary (20mins), Salamanca Place/Market (15mins), Port Arthur Historic Site (1hr 25mins) and many more. The space Situated on 5 acres this newly renovated self-contained 2 bedroom Apartment has all modern facilities build in for comfortable living. It is part of a large family home but if fully separated with your own front and rear entries. Also an abundance of parking. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has another king bed that can be split into 2 single beds (see photo). Just let us know your choice of configuration when booking. My wife and co-host Vonnie likes to spoil our visitors so on your arrival you will find some free items in the Apartment for you. As a welcoming gesture we provide interstate and international guests with a free bottle of Tasmanian wine. Also we provide tea, coffee, Milo, full cream milk, Lite Milk, 4 bottles of water, eggs, bacon, margarine, bread, Vegemite, honey, cooking oil, sauces, usual condiments and fresh fruit of the season as well as any items listed in our Amenities. Keeping warm in winter and cool in summer will not be a problem as the Apartment is fully insulated with a reverse cycle air conditioner installed. A comfortable lounge suite in front of a large screen smart TV for relaxing times. Each bedroom has its own remote controlled TV. The BBQ area includes outdoor setting and a large screen smart TV. Views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington/kunanyi through the abundance of native trees. Guest access Plenty of car parking space for your car (including caravan) around the Apartment during your stay including your guests. A pet walking area is available around the front of the property. Access to the fully fenced rear lawn area of the house is available. The BBQ area in our back yard includes an outdoor setting and large smart screen TV. Relax and enjoy the sunshine. Other things to note Our property is very peaceful place surrounded by bush.
